A Good Leader
We know that in this life we will be working with other people to solve things faster and to solve thing better. That is because in our life there are a lot of things which can be done only if we work with other people. It is because it is really hard for us to work it out alone. That is why we need to work with other people. However, it is not easy to work with other people. In a team there will be more than one person and that means there will be more than one point of view and of course this means that there will be conflict.
A conflict in a team is common thing because people have different way of thinking and this can lead to a different opinion in a team and when that thing happen then a conflict will rise. This is a problem because if there are too many conflicts in a team then the whole teams will goes down. We know that it is not necessary for us to find people with the same point of view to create a team because a team like that won’t give any result. That is why we need to find another solution.
The solution for this matter is having a good leader. A good leader will put down together the whole team and make the team work well even though they have a different opinion and of course there are conflicts in the team. It is because a good leader will try his best to deliver the solution for the conflict inside the team. This can be done through many things and one of the most favorite methods for great leaders is airsoft guns battler. We can call it skirmish because it is more like wars than sports. However, it is still safe to do it.
It is as long as we wear proper Airsoft gear. That is because the gun we use is replica of the real gun and it will hurt us if we don’t wear proper gear. We can find the gun and the gear on the internet. There are many online shops which are offering us these things. We can buy it and start to train the teamwork of our team. It is hard but as a good leader we should never give up and fix this thing. We need to create a good team and we can do it this way.
